NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS does not intentionally store complete credit-card, debit-card, or banking credentials on its own systems.
Payment providers may process information required to complete your transaction in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.
We may receive information about the transaction, such as whether a payment was successful, the amount paid, the product purchased, the transaction identifier, and related billing information.

3. Future Online, AI, Cloud, and Collaboration Features
WriterBoard may introduce additional online features in the future, including features involving artificial intelligence, cloud services, or collaboration.
Some such features may require certain project information to be transmitted to a server or third-party service in order to perform the requested function.
If we introduce a feature that materially changes how WriterBoard project data is processed, we will provide appropriate information about that processing and update this Privacy Policy where necessary.
The existence of a future feature on a WriterBoard roadmap does not mean that WriterBoard is currently uploading or processing your project content online.

5. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS does not sell or rent users' personal information to unrelated third parties for their own commercial use.
Personal information may, however, be processed by service providers where reasonably necessary to operate WriterBoard and the WriterBoard website.

We will not voluntarily disclose users' personal information to unrelated third parties without a legitimate purpose.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The WriterBoard website may use cookies and similar technologies.
These may include:
Essential Cookies
Cookies required for functionality such as:
-
website operation;
-

Browser settings may also allow users to restrict or delete cookies, although disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of some areas of the website.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical, organisational, and administrative measures to protect personal information against:

loss;
-
misuse;
-
alteration;

If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting information under our control, we will take reasonable steps to:
-
investigate the incident;
-
contain or mitigate the breach;
-
secure affected systems;

notify affected users or relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any rights or remedies that users may have under applicable law.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected or where continued retention is required for legitimate legal or business purposes.
For example, purchase and billing records may need to be retained for:
-
accounting;
-
tax compliance;
-
fraud prevention;
-
transaction verification;
-
dispute resolution; or
-
other legal requirements.
Where information is no longer reasonably required and there is no legal requirement for us to retain it, we may delete, anonymise, or otherwise securely dispose of it.
A request to delete an account or personal information may therefore not require deletion of records that we are legally required or legitimately entitled to retain.

-
provide information about personal data associated with you;
-

Certain information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, or other legitimate purposes.
Requests relating to personal information may be submitted to:
info@writerboard.app
13. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from WriterBoard promotional or marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications or by contacting us.
We will respect such requests within a reasonable period.
Service communications necessary to fulfil a purchase, maintain an account, communicate an important security issue, or provide information necessary for using WriterBoard may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.
14. Children's Privacy
WriterBoard is not specifically directed at children.
If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or lawful guardian should be involved where personal information, account creation, or a purchase is required.
We do not intentionally seek to collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law.
If we become aware that personal information relating to a child has been collected in circumstances where parental or guardian involvement was legally required, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.
15. International Processing
Some website, payment, infrastructure, analytics, communication, or other service providers used in connection with WriterBoard may operate infrastructure outside India.
As a result, limited personal information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside the country in which the user resides.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take reasonable steps to use service providers and processing arrangements consistent with applicable data-protection requirements.
16. Business Transfers
If NEONED71 TECH SOLUTIONS, WriterBoard, or relevant assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or similar business transaction, information associated with WriterBoard may form part of that transaction.
